Syrah
It comes from the maceration of Syrah grapes harvested by hand on row vineyards and vinified on our estate.
The de-stemmed and crushed grapes are fermented for 20 days at a temperature of 25°C. The result is this important wine with a intense red color, wide and persistent perfume typical of the vine, and a velvety and harmonious flavor with great body and structure.
