Chardonnay

Obtained from Chardonnay grapes vinified on the estate. The harvest of these particular grapes is very early, occurring in fact in the second half of August.
The must obtained from soft pressing is filtered and then fermented at a temperature of 16°C, to maintain the typical aroma and velvety flavor. Pleasantly lively, with a fresh taste, excellent as an aperitif.

Organoleptic characteristics:

  • Color:pale straw with greenish highlights.
  • Fragrance:typical of the grape variety, floral, with hints of unripe fruit.
  • Flavor:velvety, fresh, lively.

Gastronomic pairings:

Excellent as an aperitif and to pair with appetizers, first courses, fish, shellfish and delicate meats.

Serving Temperature:

It should be served young and cool at a temperature of 8 °C
